At Heybike Sports, we want you to ride with confidence; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery. All returned gear must be in its original, unused condition and packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log in to your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Shipment

  Carefully pack your sports gear in the original box, ensuring all components, manuals, and protective padding are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team and securely affix it to the exterior of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
